We experienced a leak in our roof during the heavy rains of April. I called Carolinas Choice and they were there fast.
Clint walked us through the insurance claim process and got to work quickly – that was important with heavy rain in
the forecast. Within a couple of days, the root cause was identified (flashing) and repairs to the roof, ceiling, and
walls were complete. The roof is solid again, the drywall is smooth, and the finish work is flawless. By the time Clint
was done, it was like it never happened…and for about half the cost quoted by our insurance company. We
couldn’t have been happier with our decision to use Carolinas Choice.

I received notification from my property manager that my tenants were reporting a bad leak in the front porch ceiling of my duplex. Carolinas Choice Builders was quick to respond to my call and when he was diagnosing the root of the problem he suggested a rubber membrane to replace the failing shingles on the flat roof to prevent future water damage. A few months later I received another call regarding a ceiling leak (in the main portion of the home) as a result of wind and rain damage which necessitated significant repairs to the bathroom. Clint promptly worked this into his schedule and coordinated his work with my tenants to fix this situation. He then suggested that I contact my insurance company immediately and he was able to meet my adjuster on the site and help me to work through the claim process after it was determined that I would need to replace the entire roof and sheathing as well. Clint is great to work with and has been a very reliable and efficient contractor that I would be glad to recommend Carolinas Choice Builders to anyone!
